A big step forward.

This winter, a machinist worked with me to make it possible to add a driveshaft to a TH425.

This will give me the ability to build a near movie-accurate interior.

Of course, that’s a long ways away.

Happy Father's Day to any dad's in the group.

I spent much of the day getting ready to start welding my frame. Everything was laid out perfectly just to realize that I can't strike an arc anymore.

I haven't stick welded since 1996 and at some point, I lost the skill. I'll be practicing up for a while.

Just read through this thread. Looks like you're on a great path. Would any of us even start if we knew how long these builds actually take?
